QuellCut - Silence Remover

This privacy policy applies to the QuellCut app (the "Application") for iOS on iPhone and iPad, created by Cihat SALIK (the "Service Provider"). The Application is offered as a service and is intended for use "AS IS".

QuellCut detects and removes silent segments, filler words, and repetitions from your videos. All analysis and editing happens on your device.

When you import a video, QuellCut reads its audio and video data to detect silence, filler words, and repeated phrases, and to render the edited result. This processing is performed entirely on your device.

Your videos and their audio are never uploaded to the Service Provider's servers or any third-party service. The Service Provider does not receive, store, or have access to your media.

QuellCut accesses your photo library only to let you import videos you choose and, if you ask, to save the exported result back to your library. This access is handled by Apple's system frameworks and the standard iOS permission prompts. QuellCut does not scan or upload your library.

Project state, detected segments, and your editing preferences are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to the Service Provider for normal operation of the Application.

The Application is not designed to show third-party advertising inside the app, does not require you to create an account with the Service Provider for core features, and does not sell your personal information. If analytics or similar tools are added in a future version, this policy will be updated to describe them.

If QuellCut offers any paid features or subscriptions, payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not receive or store your payment card details. Apple's handling of purchases is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through QuellCut. Because the Application processes media only on the device and does not require an account, no personal information is transmitted to the Service Provider.

The security of your on-device data depends on your device passcode and biometric settings. The Service Provider recommends keeping iOS up to date and using the device security features offered by Apple.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating this page and the "Last updated" information where shown. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
