WebView Inspector — Terms of Use

WebView Inspector is a mobile and/or desktop application for iOS and/or macOS (and where available, other Apple platforms) offered by Cihat SALIK ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to use of the App) to use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Infringe or misuse the intellectual property or other rights of us or any third party.

• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content, or use the App to harass or harm others.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code of the App (except as allowed by mandatory law).

• Circumvent or abuse access control or security features.

• Use the App to build a similar or competing product or service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

You keep ownership of the content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the App (e.g., storing and displaying your content on your device and, if you use them, optional cloud or sync features as described in the App and our Privacy Policy).

Collection and use of your data are described in our Privacy Policy at https://apps.cihat.dev/webviewinspector/privacy-policy/. By using the App, you also agree to that policy.

The App (including its design, code, text, graphics, and "WebView Inspector" name and branding) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or other IP except the limited right to use the App as permitted here.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not promise that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

We are not responsible for any loss of content due to device failure, user action, or other causes. You are responsible for backing up your content as you see fit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We (and our affiliates and suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App or inability to use it.

• Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if no payment, zero).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you; in that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.

We may update the App from time to time. We may change these Terms. We will post the updated Terms at https://apps.cihat.dev/webviewinspector/terms-of-use/ and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after the change constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the App Store Terms of Use and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, where relevant. In case of conflict between those and these Terms regarding the App's use, these Terms govern the relationship between you and us; Apple's terms govern your relationship with Apple.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from or related to the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, to the extent permitted by law.

Entire agreement: These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any in-app terms we expressly reference) constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right or provision.
